Cyprus Represents at the 4th Atmosphere User Forum
On 3 December 2024, the 4th Atmosphere User Forum brought together representatives from various countries, along with ECMWF experts, for an engaging online event focused on the progress and future of the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS) National Collaboration Programme (NCP).
As part of the forum, Maria Anastasiadou, Project Manager of the CAMS NCP contract for Cyprus, presented the communication initiatives undertaken in Cyprus. These activities are a testament to our commitment to raising awareness and strengthening the use of CAMS products across sectors.
The forum facilitated an open exchange of experiences, lessons learned, and best practices, allowing countries to share their challenges and achievements. Cyprus actively contributed to these discussions, emphasizing our progress and strategies in engaging stakeholders and promoting the integration of CAMS products in decision-making processes.
The event’s agenda covered various critical topics, including:
- Updates on the status and outcomes of the NCP.
- Insights into communication strategies (featuring Cyprus and Finland).
- The future evolution of the NCP and CAMS-related training activities.
We are proud to be part of this dynamic community, driving advancements in atmospheric monitoring and fostering collaboration at the national and international levels. Stay tuned for more updates on our journey with CAMS!
